of tobacco use, motivation to quit, and ways to become and stay tobacco free.
How: Follow these four simple steps...
1. Any time after 6pm today, click
here
2.Once you have clicked the link above, you will see chat room,
"A chat with Joe". When "A chat with Joe" is open
(6pm today) the text will display as a blue link, Click on
it.
3. In the "Name" box that pops up, type a nickname and click
OK.
4. In the "Password" box, type "chatwithjoe" and click
OK
