How many times can I qualify?
You can qualify for medications twice a year. Up to 4 weeks of medication per year!
Our services are free. To help as many people as possible, we have limitations in the amount of nicotine patches, gum, and lozenges we can provide per person, per year.
If you are not eligible for medications from us, consider talking to your doctor or seek lower-cost, generic patches, gum, and lozenge.
