When you enroll in a NYS Quitline text messaging program, you will receive confirmation and welcome messages letting you know what program you’ve joined and who the messages are from. Please be aware that these programs are automated.

  • For help or information at any time reply “HELP” or “INFO“.
  • To opt out any time by texting “STOP2END“.
  • To Restart the program respond to the program with “RESTART” or sign up the same way you did before! 

Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.
